The property consists of a state of the art barn with a 250*55 indoor arena and a 50 foot indoor bullpen. It also has a shoeing rack, 2 wash racks, breeding stocks, a breeding shed for semen collection, trophy room, office and 2 tack rooms. Singing Hills also has its own fully equipped reproduction lab and 46 stalls which include foaling stalls. Outside paddocks have loafer stalls with covered mangers for extra protection from rain and snow.
